The effective separation unit consists of centrifugal separation and capillary trap. For permanently high grease separation without losses due to performance-reducing grease filters.

The shaft height can be adjusted individually depending on the kitchen situation. The stainless steel decor with a black glass panel is an eye-catcher.

MODES

RECIRCULATION

Recirculation mode is the most energy-saving operating mode. The air is cleaned by an odour filter and directed back into the room. The room temperature is not altered. It is also simple to implement, because wall penetrations and exhaust channels are not required. Due to their large volume, Baeckerhaft charcoal filters are especially efficient at the odour-binding and absord up to 95% of bad smells. 

EXHAUST AIR

Exhaust air directed outside the building is particularly effective when it comes to the removal of odours, fumes and moisture that results from cooking. It is advisable to use a Baeckerhaft automatic wall sleeve to minimise heat loss.

Maximum Capture of Cooking and Frying Vapors

  • Available widths: 90 cm.
  • Maximum capture of cooking and frying vapors is achieved through the use of BackFlow technology. A light airflow from the side areas guides the rising cooking fumes specifically into the center of the intake.
  • This ensures a particularly high level of capture of cooking and frying vapors, even in the edge area.

Durable and Powerful Performance

  • The Baeckerhaft Glassline island hood leaves nothing to be desired. It combines the highly effective separation unit with an island hood that is both durable and powerful.
  • The black control panel seamlessly integrates into the elegant appearance of this island hood, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetics.
  • Optimal hood width: hob + 10 cm.
  • BackFlow technology: not suitable for use with an external or intermediate fan.
  • Always order the shaft trim without ventilation slots if ordering an exhaust air version. For hybrid use, always order the recirculation version (with ventilation slots).
  • Note minimum height for EcoSwitch-System: Space-saving hybrid filters available with outlet to the rear or side instead of a 90° bend.
  • For the removal of the hybrid filter with a permanently installed pipe in the ceiling, we recommend at least 100 mm telescopic pipe (6000312) between hybrid filter and exhaust air pipe.
